Jacob's communication was one of the reasons I decided on him.
Additionally, he's reasonably priced and his menu showed thought and generosity to client.
He was briefed to be authentically himself, for a fun Executive Leadership (household name) informal BBQ and he did this so well, he was very much part of the evening team of 3 in total supporting.
Food was great and a huge hard worker too.
It was a real pleasure to have Jacob cook for us for a birthday dinner for 8. The food was diviine and he was really charming. He easily made himself at home in the ktichen and got on with things with ease and no fuss. He left the kitchen spick and span. We would be delighted to have him cook for us at any occasion. From start to finish, Jacob was incredibly professional and kind. Communication was great - shared menu options, had a quick call and we were set. Even when I had to add three guests the night before our event, Jacob was incredibly accommodating. He arrived a bit before the dinner to prep, was friendly and engaging with us (and even our dog Tina)!
Now for the food - five star restaurant quality in your own home. We did the crab & chili beignets and macerated tomatoes for canapés which were a perfect start to the night - and only got better from there. Highlight was the ribeye main - so buttery, probably one of the best ribeyes I’ve had (and I’m from Texas)!
All in all, we’ll definitely be working with Jacob again and will be recommending him to everyone I know - thank you Jacob!

The food was phenomenal- some of the best dishes i’ve had in my 4 years living in London. The service is perfect and always with a smile, I can’t wait for my next dinner party with him.

Jacob was a pleasure to have cooking at our party. Even after he diagnosed our new oven as faulty and not able to get up to high enough temperature he remained totally calm and collected. We had to commandeer two neighbours ovens and he spend the prep and cooking running between three houses! Food was delicious, high quality and we would definitely use him again and recommend to our friends ans family.

Jacob did a great job and made us feel important from the first communication, which some other chefs hadn't when we were speaking with them.
He was responsive and gave good ideas and suggestions when we spoke, allowing us to make the decisions quickly. He was also flexible when numbers etc changed nearer to the event,
Helping find a server for the day meant we had a lunch that felt extra special and everyone loved the food - with generous portions and good quality food. The lobster risotto was an amazing start to the meal and really set the scene for what followed.
The kitchen was left clean and tidy and the day was a joy.
Jacob cooked a wonderful summermenue for my birthday party ! Everybody liked it. He made provisions for an allergic guest and was always very accommodating and very relaxed . He has a really nice personality and it was a pleasure to have him for this special event . Fab!
