Having asked Mimi to cook and prepare my post solo show supper party I felt completely relaxed and trusted her expert choices and decisions in what we might like to eat. His mixing skills were precise and impeccable, and he even extended his service for an additional 30 minutes to ensure our evening continued smoothly. I booked Chef Michael on Saturday night - though Hometainment - for a dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday. It was SUPERB! He arrived on time, was well organised and charming and delivered the most fabulous meal. He also bought his wife Esra to waitress along side him, who was equally charming and did a fantastic job of looking after everyone. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
