I was provided with a chef for a lunch at home. This was a great success with delicious food and we all had a truly enjoyable lunch and afternoon without any of the stress involved in preparing food while hosting!
Dominique and team curated a sensational event, ensuring every detail was fine tuned, service was impeccable. Guests had only positive feedback on the oysters, caviar and service. The team were very warm and attentive. Could not recommend enough and thank you!

The most magical experience! This was the best meal I have ever eaten! My friends and I always love tasting menus and we visit often - this was next level! The food was immaculately presented and equivalently done perfectly to any Michelin star restaurant! The food was generous - genuinely incredible value for money! Caroline & Guilherme we’re also able to perfectly recommend wine pairing to elevate the experience! Caroline & Guilherme we’re incredibly warm and it felt like having friends cook in our Home! I must admit, I was initially a bit apprehensive, as I had never tried anything like this before. However, I couldn't have been happier with how it all turned out. Caroline and Guilherme were delightful hosts, and their culinary skills were outstanding. We indulged in a delightful 6-course tasting menu, savoring each course with great enthusiasm. Initially, I thought this would be a one-time experience when I arranged it, but I'm already contemplating when I can repeat it. I cannot speak highly enough of Caroline and Guilherme - their expertise made this birthday celebration truly memorable.

Chef Mickael delighted and surprised us with a relaxed but superbly elegant menu for a Monday night gathering featuring deliciously combined and foraged ingredients from the Sussex countryside…. And we cheated a little on the vegan theme with the most insane wild wood oven smoked salmon joint served as a cheeky accompaniment on the side. Definitely to be repeated … and soon!!!
