Mimi was such a pleasure to have with us on holiday in France. She had an almost impossible task to cater for thirty-two very demanding people throughout the course of a week. Not only is she an immense amount fun to be around, but she produced some of the most delicious food I have ever tasted. She designed, planned and executed an amazing menu which everyone loved. This was an exceptional fine dining experience! I recently celebrated my birthday with my siblings, and Caroline and Guilherme prepared a truly wonderful lunch for us. I must admit, I was initially a bit apprehensive, as I had never tried anything like this before. However, I couldn't have been happier with how it all turned out. Caroline and Guilherme were delightful hosts, and their culinary skills were outstanding. We indulged in a delightful 6-course tasting menu, savoring each course with great enthusiasm. Initially, I thought this would be a one-time experience when I arranged it, but I'm already contemplating when I can repeat it. I cannot speak highly enough of Caroline and Guilherme - their expertise made this birthday celebration truly memorable.
Chef Mickael was awesome. Unbelievable food - both taste and presentation, great creativity and super friendly on top of that. Will definitely book him again!

Having asked Mimi to cook and prepare my post solo show supper party I felt completely relaxed and trusted her expert choices and decisions in what we might like to eat. We all appeared from the gallery to a feast of food... it was beautifully presented and completely delicious. Her unusual salads, cottage pie and mouth watering brownies vanished. Her professionalism, style and attention to detail was exceptional and Mimi was always there with a smile.
