Kate has been a huge pinnacle in my life for helping me understand myself and everything greater than myself. So I knew I was going to be in for something extremely special when I went to her sound healing. I was absolutely blown away. I'm always wary of the authenticity of the taste whenever it's said to be Indian or Pakistani. The food here definitely passes the test with flying colours. Aida's palak paneer is absolutely lovely and fluffy and creamy. The okra fries are also very addictive. The best part is the plate they serve with rice & absolutely fresh salad. Totally worth it.

Had a wonderful session with Ekta, very calming and friendly atmosphere and the process I very much enjoyed, which helped me to relax, and taught me how observe my mind. The final completed Mandala is beautiful and I find it will hold meaning on this current period in my life - love the class and highly recommend!
