I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to you all for the immense teamwork and collaboration on Kristina & Nick's wedding day, It all ran like absolute clockwork, and you were all so wonderful to work with. I think it's safe to say they had the best weekend of their life which is what we are all aiming for!

Thank you for the lovely session. It was truly meditative and going inwards. It was amazing that we all had the same grid and design to make, but each’s finished mandala was different- reflective of each’s personality. Loved the experience of beyond lines experience. Thoroughly enjoyed!
Dominique and team curated a sensational event, ensuring every detail was fine tuned, service was impeccable. Guests had only positive feedback on the oysters, caviar and service. The team were very warm and attentive. Could not recommend enough and thank you!

I had the opportunity to choose four options from each section of the sample menu, and it was a tough decision because every option sounded fantastic. In particular, the Nigiri Sushi Platter showcased the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The Maguro Nigiri and Sake Nigiri were absolute highlights, offering a perfect balance of flavors. I was also pleasantly surprised by the Dragon Roll from the Maki Sushi Platter; the combination of eel and avocado was divine. The Temaki Sushi Platter added a unique touch to the experience. The Negitoro Temaki with chopped tuna belly and scallions was a delightful treat, and the Seared Beef Temaki was a true revelation.
