I was provided with a chef for a lunch at home. This was a great success with delicious food and we all had a truly enjoyable lunch and afternoon without any of the stress involved in preparing food while hosting!
Where do I begin the praises for Omar? I came to him asking if he could incorporate my Lithuanian and my partner's Welsh heritage into the wedding dinner. Omar came back to me shortly after doing lengthy research and making the best, one of a kind, incredible menu for us. On the day the team was so lovely, meal was incredible, we cannot stop talking how amazing it was. I cannot recommend Omar enough, he is such talented chef with true passion for food!
Having asked Mimi to cook and prepare my post solo show supper party I felt completely relaxed and trusted her expert choices and decisions in what we might like to eat. We all appeared from the gallery to a feast of food... it was beautifully presented and completely delicious. Her unusual salads, cottage pie and mouth watering brownies vanished. Her professionalism, style and attention to detail was exceptional and Mimi was always there with a smile.
Our chef Evy was brilliant from start to finish. Super professional and flexible...she was happy to time things when it suited us. The food was sensational....we had limited options due to various food allergies and dietary needs, but Evy came up with a magnificent menu that suited out needs. It was a fabulous meal...and best of all no washing up! I would highly recommend Evy for any home chef needs.

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to you all for the immense teamwork and collaboration on Kristina & Nick's wedding day, It all ran like absolute clockwork, and you were all so wonderful to work with. I think it's safe to say they had the best weekend of their life which is what we are all aiming for!
This was an exceptional fine dining experience! I recently celebrated my birthday with my siblings, and Caroline and Guilherme prepared a truly wonderful lunch for us. I must admit, I was initially a bit apprehensive, as I had never tried anything like this before. However, I couldn't have been happier with how it all turned out. Caroline and Guilherme were delightful hosts, and their culinary skills were outstanding. We indulged in a delightful 6-course tasting menu, savoring each course with great enthusiasm. Initially, I thought this would be a one-time experience when I arranged it, but I'm already contemplating when I can repeat it. I cannot speak highly enough of Caroline and Guilherme - their expertise made this birthday celebration truly memorable.
Absolutely mind-blowing. The vegan food was sophisticated, full of flavour and original. Everyone was so impress with the quality and the taste of what the chef prepared for us. Chef Mickael was extremely professional, came with his fresh products and tools, and created the most perfect dinner. Service was impeccable, the chef was very discreet, he was friendly and keen to explain when we asked him what he was preparing. Few guests signed-up straight away with Hometainment to repeat the beautiful experience. I highly recommend the vegan dinner with chef Mickael. Thank you guys!

She did everything from plan the menu, organise the serving dishes to keep on the theme, prep, cook and left my kitchen spotless. And the food was out of this world. She staggered it so it was all hot and fresh and kept a constant mix of dishes she sent out. She did so much research to come up with a wide range of substantial hors d’oeuvres that ranged from vegetarian to quite filling meat dishes. She even went as far as to get the right color orchids to decorate the dishes as well. Nothing was left to chance and she was meticulous about her process. I can’t wait to use her again!
